Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is given that, having received an application from Oman Air S.A.O.C. of Muscat, Oman, I, Peter Mersi, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, have granted the airline a Scheduled International Air Service Licence, authorising it to carry on scheduled services between Oman and New Zealand, without capacity restraints.

The licence has been issued for an indefinite term with effect from 12 October 2017.
