Pursuant to Regulation 18 of the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, I hereby approve the following attached nomination and voting papers in English and Te Reo for use in the circumstances specified:

• Nomination paper in English and Te Reo Māori for schools that have opted into the Votext trial for a mid-term election cycle for the election of a parent representative to a board of trustees; and

• voting paper in English for schools that have opted into the Votext trial for a mid-term election cycle for the election of a parent representative to a board of trustees.
