Pursuant to section 101D(5) of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the 28 April 2017 by-election for the Kamo Intermediate School (1029) Board of Trustees and require a new by-election to be held on 25 August 2017.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
