Pursuant to Section 170(2) of the Corrections Act 2004

On 4 April 2016, Her Majesty The Queen, in the Right of New Zealand, acting by and through the Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections, and Serco New Zealand Limited, varied a security contract that was entered into under section 166(1) of the Corrections Act 2004.

Serco New Zealand Limited is the security contractor for the purposes of the Act.
