I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 30(5) of the Pork Industry Board Act 1997, after consultation with the New Zealand Pork Industry Board (“the Board”), I have, by written notice to the Board, prescribed the terms of reference for the 2015 performance and efficiency audit of the Board.
